Description

The Scarpa Ribelle CL HD is a very light, waterproof and robust mountain boot and, thanks to its stable sole construction suitable for combi crampons, perfect for high altitude tours, alpine trekking with a heavy backpack and via ferrata. In addition to the waterproof features, this "CL" version offers an additional treat - the high proportion of leather lining, which raises the wearing comfort to a higher level on long, technical tours.

High-quality, stabilising Perwanger® leather combined with lightweight, abrasion-resistant Microtech upper material and a solid, all-round scree protection rubber lining create a shell that protects very well against mechanical influences. The waterproof and breathable HDry® membrane laminated to the inside of the upper provides the versatile alpine mountain boot with an optimal, dry foot climate on long, intensive and technically demanding tours in any weather. Outstanding wearing comfort results from the specially designed inner lining, which is made entirely of leather in the rear part from the midfoot upwards and only has parts made of the technical, fast-drying 37.5® Cocona material in the front.

Details such as the adaptable, low-cut shaft construction at the back or the pleasantly flexible shaft transition in the ankle area ensure a high level of wearing comfort and allow you to take spacious, hardly restricted steps.

Whether on long tours, with crampons over glacier ice and old snow fields or in rock climbing passages, the precise 2-zone lacing allows a targeted adjustment and plenty of control in the forefoot. In addition, the technical and sufficiently stiffened sole construction of the Ribelle CL HD with cushioning and supportive elements and the grippy Vibram® profile sole offers reliable hold in all situations.
