The side-sewn tongue also prevents dirt and small stones from getting inside.</p> <p>The FloatPro™ midsole ensures a lightweight and responsive running experience. It offers effective cushioning and high energy return, so you can run comfortably and efficiently even over long distances. The FLEXconnect™ grooves in the midsole improve ground contact and support a stable, natural roll.</p> <p>In the forefoot, an integrated rock plate protects against sharp rocks and increases safety on technical trails. The Vibram® Megagrip outsole with 5 mm-deep traction lugs ensures excellent grip on wet and dry surfaces and offers reliable traction on challenging terrain.</p> <p>The trail running shoe is rounded out with sustainable details such as laces, a mesh lining, and a removable insole made with recycled materials.</p>
