The special memory foam adapts individually to the shape of your foot through body heat and pressure, ensuring a particularly precise and comfortable fit. The AIR-ACTIVE&reg; Vakuum&reg; footbed also supports this adaptation and increases comfort over long distances.</p> <p>The seamless Gore-Tex&reg; stretch lining in the heel area reduces friction and prevents pressure points. At the same time, the waterproof and breathable membrane also provides lasting protection in the rest of the shoe to keep your feet dry even in changeable and wet conditions.</p> <p>The upper material made from robust suede and highly abrasion-resistant polyamide combines stability with low weight. The Meindl Multigrip&reg; Rock outsole with PU cushioning wedge and frame technology ensures a secure grip on the terrain. The integrated TPU frame additionally increases stability and supports the foot on uneven terrain.</p> <p>Thanks to the resoleable construction, the Vakuum 3.5 remains a reliable companion for demanding trekking tours over the long term.</p>
