So you can do your training without a Smartphone or similar and synchronize the data later.</p><p>The Tickr X 2 heart rate belt measures heart rate, calorie consumption, number of repetitions, stride rate, and vertical ground contact. It has a treadmill mode and measures the cadence on the ergometer. You can also measure the repetitions of your HIIT training in the Wahoo 7-minute workout.</p><p>It connects easily to your smartphone (iPhone or Android), GPS watch, bike computer, and any other compatible device via Bluetooth® and ANT+. And it's compatible with most fitness apps, including Wahoo Fitness, Strava, Zwift, and more.</p><p>To clean the chest strap, the Tickr X can simply be clipped off.
